Welcome to Alkham Valley View, located directly on the North Downs. This single story annex sleeps 2-4 and offers beautiful views across the Alkham Valley and the sea. This well equipped studio apartment, attached to the owners home is ideally situated just 5 minutes from the Port of Dover, enabling easy access to the continent just 2 miles away. Why not make use of our beach hut located right on the beach, or why not walk straight out onto the North Downs? Enjoy a day trip to Calais or view the iconic white cliffs from the English Channel.

Canterbury is only 25 minutes drive and Hythe with its antique shops and excellent fish and chips is 15 minutes away. There is discounted designer shopping at De Bradelei Wharf in Dover or Macarthur Glen in Ashford also makes for a great day out. Don’t miss Dover castle and for hiking and biking, head towards Folkestone and the Leas Promenade. There is a walkway running alongside the property with great dog walks. Shops, pubs and restaurants are only 200 yards away and cater for all tastes and palates.

The one bedroom annexe is all on the ground floor and comprises a lounge, kitchen and diner with double bed and bathroom with toilet and basin. All centrally heated, all fuel and power included in the rent. Cot, colour TV, DVD player, radio, cd player, washing machine, freezer, microwave, patio and garden furniture. Sleeps 2 to 4. There is also a two bedroom annexe over two floors and comprises of a large lounge with TV/DVD player, separate fully equipped kitchen including fridge and microwave, main bedroom with own WC and a second small bedroom. Garden furniture. Heating included. Sleeps 2 to 6.

Specialities

Plenty of off road parking. We have hook up available for one motor home. Payment is cash on arrival or cheque made out to J Vaughan to be sent 2 weeks before arrival. A non returnable deposit of 40% is to be taken at time of booking. Arrival time is after 5pm and please vacate the apartment by 10am. Towels and sheets are available to rent for £25 per week and dogs are welcome for £15 per week. No smoking.
