There are 3 toilets, a bathroom, shower room and separate lounge as well as deck and paved garden area at the back - with views of the River Medway, Rochester Castle and Cathedral. There is off-street parking and it's handy to the M2/M25. There are 4 railway stations within 10 minutes and a bus stop (for several services) 50 meters up the road. The cobbled high street of Historic Rochester is a 5 minute walk. The garden flat is opposite parkland which has 2 good children's play parks and tennis courts.

Only recently renovated it is clean, light and spacious with central heating. The large, modern, fully equipped fitted kitchen which includes full size fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker and gas hob as well as a washer/drier looks out to the decked and garden - perfect for enjoying a glass of wine at the end of a busy day, or a safe place for children to play.
