Deep in the Garden of England, you'll find the luxurious Penn Court Cottages. A beautifully restored Oast and Barn provide excellent self catering accommodation for 2 to 6 people. Set in stunning gardens, with specimen plants and flowers, guests will be delighted to find a heated outdoor swimming pool for hot summer afternoons and the delightful village of Hollingbourne, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The accommodation is set in the gardens of a Queen Anne house with specimen trees, roses and spring fed ponds. A fantastic welcome pack awaits your arrival and the cottages are suitable for disabled use. You'll find plenty of things to see and do in this charming area including Hever Castle, the childhood home of Ann Boleyn, Great Dixter, Christopher Lloyd's beautiful home and garden, Leeds Castle and a host of National Trust properties to explore. For the outdoor types there is an amazing choice of walks, cycling routes, canoeing and birdwatching opportunities in this beautiful part of England.

Rooms Description

Two properties are available at Penncourt. Twitchers sleeps 6 in a superb Oast conversion which looks out onto natural ponds. Consisting of open plan Sitting/Dining room and kitchen with woodburner style stove, sofas and Chinese slate flooring. All modern appliances, colour TV/Video, CD player and Freeview. Bedroom 1 has twin beds which can be zipped together, beamed ceilings with en-suite shower room. Suitable for wheelchair users. Bedroom 2 has Victorian double bed and bedroom and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 3 has double bed and sofa and en-suite shower room. Outside is your own garden area with furniture and BBQ for al fresco meals. The second property, The Barn sleeps 2 and has been renovated to a very high standard and overlooks fields and a stream. Stable door entrance leads to open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with all modern appliances and TV, Freeview, DVD and comfortable sofas. The bedroom features double bed with en-suite shower/bath room. All duvets, bedlinen and fluffy towels are supplied with both properties.
