The two bedroom cottages comprise of one room with a double bed, and one with bunk beds (single or double) and a single bed, the lounge has a three piece suite and dining table ample for six guests. The four Bedroom Cottages have two downstairs and two upstairs bedrooms (upstairs with en suite bathrooms) comprising of a double and a twin room on each floor, joined by oak staircases. All cottages have a fully fitted kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Fully tiled bathroom with shower over bath. All cottages are central heated and double glazed and all costs are included in the price. Each cottage has a hair dryer, colour television, radio and DVD player. There is a shared utility room with two washing machines, tumble drier, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, clothes-airer and sewing kit. This room is on an electric meter and is the only electricity you will have to pay for. We have electric gates for extra security and there is ample parking for cars. Dogs welcome by arrangement.

Directions
From London, follow the A2 in the direction of Dover or on the M25 exit at the Dartford Tunnel junction and follow the A2 until you get to the junction with the A289. Proceed in the direction of Rochester and keep left towards Grain. Keep following the signs to Grain (A228) and go onto the new bypass, follow this to the end. At the roundabout, turn left, go up Four Elms Hill and keep following this road over three roundabouts, at the fourth it is the second exit, then past a small petrol station on your right. After this, the road bends round to the right and on that bend is a left hand turn with chevrons on big poles and two names: 'Fenn Street' and 'Ratcliffe Highway'. Turn left here and then next left which is at the end of some houses about 100 yards along. It is a very small lane named 'Newlands Farm Road'. If you get to the Fenn Bell Public House then you have gone too far! Follow Newlands Farm Road to the very end where you will pass a bungalow and a big farm house on the corner, there will be a pond in front of you, bear right, you will drive between stables and a big green barn. Follow this track all the way to the end. You will see a house in the distance. Here you either enter your code or ring the bell at the gates. Drive in past the house and follow the drive around. The cottages will be in front of you and you can park next to the cottages.
