4 Star Swan Cottage is a pretty house built in 1810 and situated in the centre of the old 'Village Area' of Tunbridge Wells. The house has been decorated to a high standard and offer comfortable, warm accommodation, the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day exploring the surrounding area. The accommodation occupies the whole of the top floor of the cottage and has a double bedroom that can be used as a twin with an ensuite bathroom and a single room with a private bathroom. Garage parking and the accommodation is close to shops, restaurants, and station.

Walk to the other end of the high street and you will find more shopping in Chapel Place, which leads down the the famous Regency Pantilies with its covered walks. At the end of the Pantiles is the Spa Valley Railway. For more conventional shopping there is the Royal Victorian Place shopping mall at the top end of the town. Other local attractions include castles and stately homes such as Knole, Penshurst Place, Hever Castle, Batemans and famous gardens such as Sissinghurst, Pashley Manor, Great Dixter and Scotney Castle Garden.The superb high street with its shops, pubs and restaurants is only a few metres away and the cottage is just 5 minutes walk from Tunbridge Wells. There is a railway station with links to London and the Coast.

The accommodation occupies the whole of the top floor of the cottage and has a sunny double bedroom with a dual aspect that can also be used as a twin with an ensuite bathroom and a single room with a private bathroom. There is a flat screen, radio, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities in each room.
