Relaxing and flexible hostel style B&B on a family farm in a rural village with pub in North Kent Downs Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty ( AONB). Ideal for cycling, walking and for those with a love of the countryside. Walk through the heart of the Downland with it's beautiful wooded valleys and mixture of farmland concealing many old and interesting villages. We are in a central location for you to explore Canterbury, Rochester, Chatham, Leeds Castle and the many other historic towns, villages and castles in Kent. We are convenient for day trips to London, by train or by car. Explore old country houses, ancient churches or relax in a quiet village pub or watch a local cricket team on the green at weekends. There are six fully heated ensuite rooms that can sleep up to 30 guests. The rooms sleep, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 8 people. The rooms are arranged around a landscaped courtyard giving privacy and good security.

For those who love the outdoors, there are numerous footpaths, woods, open access areas and villages to explore. There is an abundant of wildlife as the accommodation is close by to North Kent Marshes, RSPB and Kent Wildlife Trust Sites. Just a short car drive away is the RSPB Elmely Marshes, Stodmarsh and Blean Ancient Woodland Reserves. Nearby are the many historic towns of Faversham, Whitstable, Canterbury, Dover, Rochester and Maidstone. For the discerning golfer there is a golf course at the stunning Leeds Castle and Broughton Nr Faversham.

The accommodation is in old converted farm buildings on our working arable and fruit farm in the Kent Downs, the rooms are arranged around a landscaped courtyard giving privacy and good security. There are six fully heated ensuite rooms that sleep up to 30 people. The rooms sleep from 2-8 people. There are comfortable bunkbeds in most rooms. Enjoy breakfast in the dining room with a wood burning stove. Outside is a BBQ area. There is a fully fitted self catering kitchen and a warm and comfortable lounge. There is disabled access. Drying room, car parking and secure cycle storage
