The Limes on the Green is a 15th Century Grade II listed building and has been much altered over the years resulting in a rambling, intriguing mix of ancient beams, inglenook fireplaces and quirky features. An ideal place for those seeking accommodation with character and olde world charm. Away from the village there are a variety of places waiting to be explored. Leeds Castle is a must see and only 5 minutes drive away. Set on two islands on the River Len, the castle is stunning and has been home to royalty and the gentry for over 1000 years. Several National Trust properties are close by, so historic houses such as Knole, Chartwell and Petworth are available, as well as the glorious gardens at Sissinghurst Castle. Walkers will delight in exploring Box Hill, the North Downs Way and the White Cliffs of Dover. There's something for all tastes in this beautiful corner of England.

The Limes on the Green has two luxury character rooms available to guests. The Solar Bedroom has lovely views over the green, ancient beams and is furnished with antiques which contrast with the modern en-suite shower room. An impressive inglenook fireplace, luxury carpet, flat screen TV, magazines and a generous tea and coffee tray complete this double room. The Loft Bedroom sits on the top floor of the house and has splendid views over the Green. The en-suite bathroom features a corner bath with shower over. A dressing room, sloped ceilings and ancient beams complete this light and spacious room. Both bedrooms have king-sized beds with goose down duvets and pillows, luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets, thick soft towels and goose down mattress toppers to ensure a super comfortable nights sleep!
