Watstock Farm is a wonderfully picturesque, family run farm and self-catering accommodation in the Weald of Kent. The farm boasts a number of beautiful views as well as a flock of sheep and some cattle. In the Easter time the flock is joined by some new arrivals when the lambs are born. There are two barns the Hay Barn and the Straw Barn and both have a 4 Star Rating and Accessibility Mobility One rating under the VisitBritain Quality in Tourism schemes. Both barns were lovingly converted in 2007 and offer a high standard of accommodation. The barns are next door to each other and can be rented together.

In the surrounding area there is much to see and do. Both Chiddingtone National Trust Village and Penshurst are within 2 miles, Sevenoaks 8 miles, Tonbridge - 8 miles, Royal Tunbridge Wells - 9 miles, East Grinstead - 8 miles. The area of Kent is famous for its wealth of historical architecture and numerous Tudor homes scatter the pleasant landscape. Hever Castle is located close by, while you may wish to visit Penshurst Place, Knole Park or the Tudor Street at Chiddingstone. There are numerous nearby golf courses and the area is ideal for walkers with Watstock situated right on the popular Eden Valley Walk.

Rooms Description

Hay Barn is a lovingly renovated self-catering accommodation. It sleeps up to two people in the double bedroom. Straw Barn is an equally attractive proposition, it sleeps up to 4 people in its two comfortable double bedrooms. Both properties have a living room with a dining table, kitchen area, wood-burning stove and a wall of glazing with French doors. All white goods are provided while there is a colour TV with DVD player in both barns. The two cottages can be rented together and can sleep up to 6 people.

Outside the properties are an equally attractive proposition. Each has a walled landscaped courtyard, with a shared enclosed lawn area. There is ample parking.
