Small Acre is located just 15 minutes drive from the ferry and cruise terminals at Dover and 30 minute drive to the channel tunnel. Canterbury with its historic architecture is just 15 miles away and offers fantastic shopping, restaurants, bars and plenty of places of historical interest. We offer three well furnished and decorated rooms. We have double or twin rooms and a room ideal for families. The Pink Room, is a luxury suite with sitting area and fantastic views over the channel. The super king size bed can be split into two singles if guests so wish. The sitting area has a sofa bed for families and the ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower. The Blue Room has a king sized bed and two comfortable chairs. The room looks over the gardens at the front and side of the house. The private bathroom is adjacent with a full sized bath with independent shower. The Green Room is a twin bed room and suitable for older children who share their parent's bathroom. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, bath robes, fluffy towels and hairdryers.
