We're situated just on the edge of the Downs, only a stone's throw from the North Downs Way and a mere 3 1/2 miles from Canterbury with its spectacular cathedral and numerous museums, restaurants, tearooms and chic shops.

However you arrive, be it by helicopter on our private landing area or via trains from London to nearby Chilham station, a warm welcome and simply stunning accommodation awaits. Rooms include The School Room - a super king-size double or a twin by request, with power shower en-suite and river/ downland views. Also a super king-size en-suite, The Kingfisher Room has a traditional flavour, perfect for romantic breaks and couples. Our chic Heron Room has its own shower room. All guest rooms include tea/ coffee making facilities, TVs and DVD player, hair dryers, fluffy soft bathrobes and quality towels/ toiletries.
