There are five well appointed rooms to choose from. The Blue Room is a double room with ensuite and spa bath. An extra bed can be put in this room for additional sleeper. The Pink room is double/twin room with ensuite bath and shower. This room is also on the ground floor and can also add another bed. The Green Room is a ground floor double/twin room with ensuite shower. The Orchard Pickers Cottage can be used as an additional B&B room or self catering
For those who prefer self catering there is an eco-friendly, self catering cottage available. Small but complete this is a delightful recently refurbished unit for those seeking thinking space. Take the A28 to Ashford out of Canterbury. Travel under the railway bridge through two sets of pedestrian lights. After the second set turn left into Hollow Lane. Over the mini roundabout past a right turn to New House Lane, past a left turn to Merton Lane continue for about 1 mile. All the houses will stop - keep going until a cream bungalow on the right. Iffin Farmhouse drive is immediately after on the right.
