This 15th century 3 bedroomed Tudor style house with bed and breakfast is located on 5 acres in the North Downs, near to Canterbury, Ashford, and the Channel Tunnel. The coach house is set in an area with outstanding natural beauty and wonderful views of the Valley Downs and the adjoining Nature Reserve that is known for its wildlife. The historic house has many beautiful architectural features such as Oak King posts, a Minstrel Gallery, and a large Inglenook fireplace. The house also boasts a large garden including a play area, badminton, and free range chickens and ducks in the paddocks. In addition to our free range animals visit our rescued exotic animals on the property. Guests take breakfast in our Victorian conservatory where each room is allocated their own table.

The house is perfectly located. It is ideal for going to larger towns for the hustle and bustle whilst being able to retreat to the countryside for some tranquillity. Additionally being only 20 minutes from the Channel Tunnel it is a great stop for the international visitor, or those on their way abroad. Nearby Canterbury has much to offer tourists. The infamous Canterbury Cathedral where archbishop Thomas Becket was scandalously murdered is at the top of many visitors’ list. Also it is worth stopping by the Canterbury Tales attraction where you can experience the story’s of Chaucer. If it is off the beaten track you are interested try the Historic River Tours where you can see many parts of Canterbury otherwise inaccessible. Fifteen minutes from the Beech Bank house will find you in Ashford where you can take in the sites of beautiful gardens, apple orchards, and historic buildings, as well as have a day of first class shopping at the Ashford Designer Outlet.
Rooms Description
All three bedrooms in the house are well furnished, en-suite, include bed linens, TVs, tea and coffee making facilities, and hairdryers. Ironing facilities are available on request. Each room is individually themed. There is the Tudor room which is heavily beamed, has a pine floor, hosts a double four poster bed, and an oak and marble bathroom with a shower. In the Champagne room you will find a double and single bed, an oak and marble bathroom, and its own shower room. The Gallery Room is also heavily beamed and contains a pine double bed, a tiled bathroom with shower and a window overlooking the grandeur grounds and Nature Reserve.
