This lovingly converted Grade II Listed cottage offers wonderful bed and breakfast accommodation in the village of High Halden. The cottage is ideally located for exploring the Kent and Sussex countryside as well as the many historic towns and coastal areas. Relax, walk, golf, cycle or explore, this friendly B&B makes the perfect base whatever your interests.

Hopes Grove Cottage is centrally heated throughout. Accommodation being Family room / Double room en-suite, TV, tea and coffee facilities. Two single rooms with access to separate bathroom. Very private accommodation with dividing door separating guests suite from main part of the cottage. A comfortable lounge for guests to use and a large mature garden in which to relax and enjoy. Evening meals are not available, but the village pub is just a few minutes walk away and the Cinque Port town of Tenterden, is only 3 miles away. There is also a garage that can be used for either motorbikes or people returning from France with lots of goodies which they cannot necessarily carry to their room. In the morning wake up to a full English breakfast or a Continental breakfast. Evening meals are not available but there is a fantastic pub just a few minutes walk away that serves great pub food.

There is one spacious family room with a double and a single bed, TV, tea and coffee making facilities and en-suite. There is also a good sized single room with separate bathroom with a bath/shower.

There is a guests lounge for you to relax after a full day exploring the area. There is also a garage that can be used for either motorbikes or people returning from France with lots of goodies which they cannot necessarily carry to their room. Pets welcome. No smoking.
