The cobbled streets of the walled town of Rye, Canterbury and its magnificent Cathedral, are all within exploring distance. Ashford, and the International Eurostar station is only 12 minutes, Eurotunnel for the shuttle is 25 mins, Folkestone & Dover for the Castle and Ferries only 45 mins, (All times are approximate and may vary depending on conditions). So why not stay overnight before or after your Continental trip. Maybe spend a day visiting the city of London which is easily reached in just over an hour by train from the B&B taking you right to the heart of the City or West-End, for Theatres, Museums, and the famous sights.
