Crabtree Farm Holiday Cottages are two beautiful, four star self catering holiday properties created following a recent stable conversion. The cottages enjoy a tranquil rural location in the village of Hastingleigh, high on the magnificent Kent Downs, designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are a number of walks and bridle paths throughout the local area and horse and pony riding is very popular locally. Traditional pubs and restaurants are dotted about the area, each offering local produce and real ale. The village itself has a recently restored traditional pub that serves real ales and quality bar food. The historic city of Canterbury and its cathedral are just eleven miles away. Here you will find many attractions, excellent shopping and winding back streets where you can taste the history. Ashford is just six miles away from where both the Eurostar and Eurotunnel originate so why not make a day trip to the continent? The Kent coast is littered with numerous castles and places of interest, perhaps the most notable of these being Dover Castle with its dungeons, intact battlements and underground World War II caves.

Each of the two cottages have been built to the same specifications. Each is furnished with rustic wooden furniture, oak framed beds and there are oak beams throughout. There are beautifully appointed kitchen/diners and fully tiled, rustic style bathrooms. Most of the rooms look out onto views of the surrounding open countryside and outside there is a large patio and garden, perfect for al fresco dining during the warmer months. Well behaved dogs are welcome at our discretion. Sorry, no smokers. South Stable Cottage has wheelchair access.
