Welcome to The Byre Holiday Cottage in Ulcombe, a modern & luxurious barn conversion set in a peaceful location near Maidstone. Ideal for groups, the cottage offers four bedrooms, a modern conservatory, lovely lawn garden and ample onsite parking. There are many great walks and National Trust properties to be found in the surrounding area or take a day trip to the nearby North Kent Coast. The cottage boasts wheel chair access including ramp access and an adapted ground floor bedroom with shower room.
The cottage offers an additional three bedrooms to the first floor which are presented as one master with ensuite bathroom, a further super king-size double and a family bedroom with a double and two single beds. There is also a family bathroom with separate shower cubicle. The lounge offers a 42" flat screen TV, iPod facilities and large sofas. The kitchen offers modern facilities including a dishwasher, fridge/ freezer and seating for ten. There is a further utility room housing the laundry facilities. Wifi service is available at the cottage.
