Twenty minutes by road from the centre of Maidstone, Basil Lodge in Staplehurst is our holiday property for two. It's a romantic retreat near Royal Tunbridge Wells, and it's just a short drive from the M20 motorway making it easily accessible for stays in any season. We've equipped the cottage to a high standard, and it includes spacious gardens with outdoor furniture. We live in the adjoining farmhouse, and we're always on hand if you require help or information.
Basil Lodge is a charming self-catering holiday home surrounded by beautiful parkland grounds. It's one of five, and it's set in ten acres that you're welcome to explore during your stay. The property features one double bedroom and a modern shower room, and it includes an open-plan lounge with a TV, a DVD player and dining facilities. The fitted kitchen includes a combination microwave/grill, a convection oven and a fridge freezer, amongst other essentials. Laundry facilities are also available for use.
