Dering Holiday Cottage in Smarden is an attractive former roundel now offering well equipped holiday accommodation for couples or a small group. Set in lovely gardens, the cottage benefits from a private patio and is accessed via security gates. There are many scenic walks nearby or take a day trip to one of the National Trust properties in the surrounding area. Short breaks of three nights and more are available at the cottage. No children or pets please.
The cottage offers one double and one single bedroom which share use of a modern bathroom with shower fitted. The kitchen offers modern facilities including a dishwasher, washer/ dryer and fridge with freezer compartment. The contemporary sitting room offers two sofas, a modern flat screen TV & round dining table. To the exterior, garden furniture and a barbecue are supplied.

The changeover day for weekly stays at the cottage is Saturday. There is plenty of onsite parking available at the cottage. Please note that while the cottage is not pet friendly, the owner has two small dogs so the security gates must be kept closed.
