About this property
Ratling Farmhouse Cottage is our attractive holiday home, situated in rural Aylesham just a short drive from historic Canterbury and within walking distance of local shops and pubs. Furnished with a luxurious style throughout including wooden flooring and modern features, we're a wonderful place for two people to unwind and recharge their batteries or as a base for exploring the many walks and cycle paths nearby.
The detached cottage has a wooden flooring throughout the ground floor, with the lounge including an attractive rug. There's an electric fire with wood-burner effect and a TV, as well as a leather sofa for your comfort. The kitchen has modern appliances with an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box and a washer dryer. There's a dining table with views of the garden. Upstairs we have a king size bedroom and a shower room. There's shared grounds including a semi-private lawn area for guests.

Changeover day Friday. We welcome well-behaved dogs but be aware that we own two cats. There's secure off-road parking with gated access (there is a heigh restriction, if you're concerned please contact us in advance). Short breaks are available and we have Wi-Fi internet access.
