The property nestles within a beautiful rural 230 acre working farm and features stunning panoramic rural views and a fully enclosed large garden. A wealth of popular Kent attractions are within easy reach of the cottage including beautiful Sissinghurst Castle & Gardens, Hever Castle with its fun family medieval jousting weekends and beautiful Leeds Castle which features year round events and a host of family outdoor activities.

Accommodating six guests, our spacious holiday cottage contains living space across two floors and three bedrooms including a king-size double with an en-suite shower and two twin bedrooms. The main bathroom is an immaculately presented shower room. On the ground floor is a spacious open plan sitting room and dining area with luxury leather sofa and armchair seating plus all modern facilities including a TV, DVD and a dining table with seating for eight guests. Well equipped, the kitchen includes a microwave, fridge/ freezer, washer/ dryer and a dishwasher.

Changeover day is Saturday and the cottage has a fully enclosed large lawned garden and a delightful patio area, well equipped with outdoor furniture and beautiful views. Plentiful parking for two to three cars is on-site and all central heating is inclusive. We welcome families with facilities provided including a cot, stairgates and a highchair. Also available is a welcome pack with all essentials and guests have access to free fishing on our five ponds.
