Beautifully situated in the grounds of our own home, charming 4 Star Barclay Farm House Cottage in Biddenden is perfectly placed for walking and touring in the Kent Weald. Ideal for couples, romantic breaks and for small groups of friends, the cottage is surrounding by a stunning extensive garden and features a chic, contemporary interior with all modern facilities including wireless internet access. Fine pubs and independent shops are just half a mile from the cottage and we're perfectly placed near major Kent transport links and popular attractions including the Tenterden steam railway, the famous Kent Weald gardens and beautiful ancient Cinque port Rye on the East Sussex coast.
Our de-luxe country cottage offers living space across two floors and sleeps three guests. The two bedrooms include a double bedroom with ample furniture and a cosy single bedroom also well equipped with bedroom furniture. The bathroom is a fully fitted shower room with feature power shower and the stylish open plan kitchen and dining room area contains all modern appliances and accessories including an electric oven, a dishwasher, a washer and dryer and a microwave. The beautifully designed sitting room area has luxury leather seating, Freeview TV, a DVD and a CD/ radio.

Changeover day is Saturday and the cottage benefits from a telephone and Broadband internet access throughout. Highlight features include the beautiful spacious garden equipped with quality garden furniture and a barbecue. Convenient car parking is also plentiful on-site. All inclusive in booking is central heating. Guests should note that the cottage is not suitable for children under 12 years. Dover ferry services, the Channel Tunnel link near Folkestone and Eurostar links from Ashford International are all just a short drive away.
