About this Holiday Cottage

Situated in the charming Kent countryside, Great Higham Oast is spacious and beautifully converted property with shared leisure facilities and wonderful walks or cycle rides in the surrounding area. Faversham and the beautiful North Kent coast are also within easy reach. 


The lounge has plenty of seating for up to ten people, Sky TV and a DVD player. There is also a well equipped kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, electric hob, oven microwave and extractor fan. The adjoining dining area provides seating for up to ten people.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

There is a first floor family bedroom which can sleep four in two single zip and link beds, a further single bed and a final pull out single bed. To the second floor, guests will find a master double bedroom with ensuite shower room, a twin bedroom and family bathroom with hand held shower. 


There is a south facing patio garden, undercover parking for two cars, a barbecue and further outdoor space. 

Other Things to Note

The cottage is set on a carbon neutral development and heating is provided by our own coppiced woodland. Much of our electricity also comes from a renewal source. The swimming pool is available from May to September. The cottage has underfloor heating throughout.


Short breaks are welcome. Well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement at an extra charge of £20 per week.
