The house has recently been refurbished to a high standard and yet still retains beautiful original features that create a relaxing and comfortable environment for a true home from home experience.

Whitstable is famous for its stunning sunsets, its native oysters, small shops and working harbour but its no secret that there is an abundance of things to see and do whilst holidaying in this beautiful part of the country. From restaurants serving locally produced food to quaint galleries showcasing the works of local artists, Whitstable has something to suit everyone. Enjoy a game of tennis, visit Whitstable Museum or just take a gentle stroll along the beach.

The house comprises a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, toaster and liquidiser; a cosy living room with sofabed, 32" TV, freeview and DVD player; conservatory/dining room with table and six chairs; a spacious bedroom with king-size bed and a twin bedroom; family bathroom and separate WC.

The patio is south facing with secure fencing all around. There is an area large enough to store bikes etc at the side of the house. Garden furniture consists of a table with seating for 6. Smoking is not permitted at the property. Garage available with off street parking.
